Reiki - Level 1

The meaning of everything is to learn to fill yourself with the life energy and this is quite important because the amount of energy that you have is dependent upon the quality your own life. To be able to fill yourself and others with the energy you will have to attend a two day course that we have prepared for you, Reiki Level 1, in which you will learn the Reiki technique
 What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing technique which is used in self-healing or the healing of others. Since birth we have brought with ourselves a certain amount of energy. Balance, the amount and quality of our energy, is dependent upon differing influences, e.g., from the air in our environment the food that we enjoy, different dependencies (cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, chocolate) to the problems that we have been burdened amongst other things. In our everyday life we use different amounts of energy that we must renew. In any given minute we use more energy than we are capable of receiving and that is when bodily and spiritual problems as well as various other illnesses emerge. A lack of energy can show up as mental exhaustion and tiredness. We can become irritable, angry and aggressive, as we can no longer think because we are continually tired or depressed.
Reiki again organizes our life energy and the state of oneness is a source for personal growth.
The workshop program:
- The importance of grounding in working with Reiki energy.
- Learn how to use Reiki in self-treatment.
- Recognize how to heal others with Reiki energy.
- First self-treatment.
- You will get four levels of Reiki energy dedicated to use.
- Learn the history of Reiki.
- Learn specific meditations.

Who can enroll in the workshop?
The workshop is meant for beginners, for all those who have already been to an angel workshop and other alternative healers and those who have already used other techniques of self-development. The workshops are not meant for persons who have psychological problems or problems of dependence with alcohol and drugs.

The workshop presenter:
Marjetka Novak
 Marjetka Novak first came across Reiki in 1991. She finished four different systems of Reiki mastership under three different Reiki masters. Special mention should be given to the techniques she learnt under WILLIAM LEE RAND, in the traditional meditative form of Reiki called OSHO-NEO REIKI. She also studied and received traditional master status Reiki knowledge from VINCENZA PANDOLFI and BRUN0 SVARA in Turin in 1994.
She is the Author of the book REIKI- The Wisdom of Gaining and Maintaining Health
She is the author of three books and six meditative CDs on themes dealing with angels. Marjetka is the favored presenter of workshops and courses for many exponents of these arts throughout Slovenia, Croatia and sometimes England and Italy.

The course begins on6 and 7 october 2007, from 10 am till 5 pm at the following address: Osnovna šola Mirana Jarca, Ipavčeva 1, Ljubljana.
